The hotel is very close to the railway station. The front office staffs are very good and cooperative.Also the room are very clean. The breakfast menu was ok.

Average, breakfast was not on time. kettle was not working. asked for another kettle, that was also not functional. During checkout, added food bill of other customers in our bill. Not mentioning proper time on food bills and hotel should start taking sign of customer on food bills.

rooms were not available so we had to change 3-4 rooms in the same day due to 2 single bed

Well, what a pathetic stay. i booked this hotel since i saw good rating. on visiting the property i also saw that the hotel claims that its a 4 star propert. but its not even close to a single star. The rokms are very small, pillow covers and bedsheets are dirty. The washroom has utensils which have got rust on them. Even the service is very slow and casual.
