Hotel rooms are not cleaned and very poor service...No food availability and even water bottle also not there.In my room bedsheet is not cleaned, lot of Cockroach and mosquitos...I think better rooms are available in bidar bus stand location at same price.

Worst experience ever in my life.
Rooms are dirty with full of small cockroach.
No telephone extension for service.
No drinking water provided in room.
Service desk is in 1st floor if you need any service you need go there only
Bathrooms are not clean.
Room wall is water leakage.
Online booked guests are not treated properly.
So many bad experience for the first time.
Suggest don't go for booking by the images in Goibibo.
Two days stay two room changes all with brocken mirror.

he said the check out tym is 12pm

It was horrible to stay in this hotel. No cleanliness no hygiene. Furniture was with full of cockroach. No electricity backup. Very poor response from staff and owner. Waste of money. Staying in this hotel is buying harrasment with our money.

The amenities is unclean and a cleaned room has bedsheets as shown above. My non A/c room has no open windows, feels claustrophobic when in room. Geyser doesn't work here, facility promised water heater. They never given this to me though. Worst room service, none cared after multiple complaints. Irregular house keeping, booked for 3days and none cared to clean my room.
Staff don't care for the complaints. They are always with their phone and promise to visit back in 5minutes, none bothered to v ...more

Do not book this hotel. I tried for Non AC due to climatic conditions, however it was a big mistake, because the room had no ventilation and we have to keep the door or washroom door open for air. Plus the cleanliness of the bedsheet/ pillow cover were just awful. Very bad experience...
