Pathetic service quality. When we arrived at the hotel,there was no one to take our luggage to the room.I couldn't find the manager at the reception. The mobile ... I took the correct number from one of the housekeeping ladies, and I called the manager thrice,but he didn't receive.Meanwhile my family was waiting to be taken to our rooms.Since the rooms that were allotted to us were on the first floor(and there was no lift),those housekeeping ladies decided to lift our heavy luggage upstairs. Small budget hotel with a dodgy AC. I spent 2 nights here and it was just average. There is only one guy for room service for all the rooms put together. Poor fellow has to run all the way up and down all day. No Elevators and rooms may make you feel claustrophobic.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facility. Service and all are very good. No issue regarding any thing there. Hotel is located at the best place. Nice amenities and all are there. Room is very comfortable. Overall hotel is very clean.
