i have book this room for my family ,but I m not happy with the service,first room which was alloted was already a used room.the room service was not done after the previous guest left .and same room alloted to my family.then new room was alloted after informing to the manager,which doesn't have dustbin,no soap,no handwash.basic things were not avilable in the room.very poor service.

Poor experience, highly rated hotel. 2 star is enough.
Old building, small rooms, poor ambiance (inside and outside both)
no towel provided.
only non AC rooms available which is costlier than AC rooms.

best hotel to stay at shahdol staff members behaviour is very good and food provided is also very tasty....hotel management is very good...if u are looking for a hotel to visit then this hotel is best for it

The room was very nice, the cleanliness was good, being located in the middle of the city, it can be easily reached here and yes, you can get a very good tasting food. because there is also a delicious restaurant salt & pepper

best hotel for stay. this hotel management is very good and all staff members are very caring food given is also very good. in my experience if u need a hotel to visit shahdol this hotel is best for everything

The hotel is very prime location in the middle of the market, the room is very clean and the staff is very cooperative and the food of the hotel is also very good and tasty.
