The rooms are small compared to the price. Even the staff are short on number. Otherwise its next to imagica in a good location.

Cleanliness was very bad, whole bed was having red ants and I got bitten 2-3 times.I got electric shock in bathroom as it was having loose wire of exhaust fan which was having no fan. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Only good thing was AC. Room was on 3rd floor and they don't have any lift. Hotel staff were polite.

The USP of this hotel is it's location. It is hardly 5 mons walk from Imagica Adlabs. Those who want to cover the whole Imagica Adlabs in 2 days I.e. water park+theme park+snow park then it is ideal to stay here. It is quite reasonable as there is no such family hotel to stay nearby. Imagica's Novotel stay is overpriced. If you need to spend your whole day at park then it's of no use to spend so much money to stay at Novotel. The rooms are not great but in quiet ok in condition. my hole life this bad very bad hotel I ever seen.they not give water bottle in room.also not give soup.bad room service and thay checkout time is too early it 10am.my experience I seen all the hotel have 11am checkout time.not worthy stay.

ZERO HYGIENE LEVEL!!!This is the most hotel I have ever come across. firstly they are charging for GST and when I'm asking for a GST bill the hotel manager is saying that they can't provide the bill because the owner has changed. then why are you charging for GST if you can't provide the bill? basically, this hotel is not paying GST and taking money from customers and putting it in their pockets.secondly, there was no staff if you need anything. their phone never works basically nothing works i ...more

hotel location is very close to the imagica. staff is helpful. phone wasn't working in my room. tv wasn't working. bathroom is small. they allowed me to check out one hour later than standard check out time.

Good hotel for a family stay. The room was nice. The service was prompt. Everything was good.
