I forgot my Phone Charger at room and Hotel staff is said they don't found. It's simply ridiculous after just check out I straight goto my Office and when I open my bag to charge my phone it's was missing, I called to Hotel Team they start ignoring rather take action immediately.
It's not about the small things, It's a matter of trust that they won't diserve.
I really not happy with this hotel.

The hotel Sai Palace is a very good hotel near the railway station. There are very few good hotels in that area. The manager and staff of the hotel are supportive and attentive. They listen to your problems and resolve them. The room service is also good. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were quite spacious with jaquar fittings. The beds are of good quality and mattresses are quite good. The bedding was not that great but not inappropriate. The hotel is on the road and have good connectivity. ...more

Stay is average but hotel staff is very supporting. Hotel manager "Ash" is always ready to listen if any issue in services.

The staff at the reception lied to me about the charger which i forgot in my room. He was lacking in manners and courtsey. Moreover they charge much more than what they provide. Example - they don't have spring mattress.
