location is fantastic....few steps from Nampally metro station..... surrounded by furniture shops.
hotel don't have their running restaurant....but app is breakfast option...Rooms are old but spacious.

Bathing Shower was not working, Hot water for bathing was not available the second day,cockroaches in the room, Electricity Sockets were not working near the bed.
The restaurant was non operational.
The property is good but not properly maintained.

The hotel was very average. The rooms had small cockroaches all over. The rooms were not clean either, no water bottles were provided even after being mentioned that bottles are complimentary. No kettle was in the rooms, as mentioned in the booking details. There was no phone either in the room to contact the reception.
