i stayed 2nd time here, all very good, but this time i disappointed little because mr kumar refuses for early check in even i offer him for some extra money, anyway i always prefer this property for my stay😊

A neat and clean accommodation near market place and main road. Caretaker was a gentleman and was sweeping and mopping the suits regularly and thats all. A functional kitchen was available with utensils in addition to wi-fi, tv , ac and geyser were also provided. For us location and this much facilities was sufficient. What satisfied us most was the cleanliness.

First time I stayed in apartment, and this property's living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, all were very neat and clean, feeling like own place, smriti restaurant is 100 meter away and it's food is good

The apartments were in good condition. Also it was actually fully furnished along with TV, WiFi and AC included which majorly many fully furnished flats ideally doesn't have. Accomodation and Cleanliness was very good. 4 people were able to comfortably stay in 2 1BHK apartments.

I have booked two 1 bhk room, but one room available for us. That was also at Sai Nilayam. For next two days no room available. So we 5 members adjusted in one 1 bhk room. It is really very pathetic condition. This is my experience at all.

Nice place to Stay. Planning to visit again soon. stayed with family and found it convenient for office and daily needs. As we were new to the place, but the owner Mr. Reddy was very decent person and helps us for all our local needs.
