Very bad experience.... I have booked AC executive room for my guest..... But you have allotted non ac..... the washroom was dirty...... Not value for money...... Behaviour of staff is ...... very much rude..... They were not aware that rom has been booked......my guest has been asked for screenshot of bookings & proof of payment.Very much disappointed.

Very worst hotel.. I never see a bad hotel like this. very poor and worst housekeeping and poor bed.
and no rake available for keep my luggage, I kept my luggage in floor only.....
so totally I loss my money. don't prefer this hotel for stay.
