the resort itself is stunning..there are plenty of place to relax and enjoy ...our room was spacious and clean,breathing view of mountain....exceptional customer service every staff member every above and beyond to ensure we had afantastic stay,offering helpful recommendation and making sure our need were always met

Location and ambience is good but the owner has not put any efforts on maintenance, cleanliness and guest services, it's pathetic. Food is not tasty and service is also poor. They need to focus on cleanliness and food. Not recommended for family stay.
