Provided early checkin, staff are good, Room and AC was also good. only thing was not good that to use swiming pool nylon costume mandatory, which were chargeable and even not mentioned in our booking terms and conditions. that should be must mentioned in booking terms and conditions.

very bad arrangement. at lunch food service is horrible, to be taken on queue like a beggar. food is not available after 9 pm & non-availability of food was proudly replied by staff members with smile.

we were alloted cottage no.2 which was without a tv and most horrible thing was rats were running inside the room through openings above airconditioner.also arrangement of breakfast was also horrible, no systematic arrangements.

it's a good experience... nice location, deluxe room is good at this price Range , food also nice but little bit expensive.. overall atmosphere is very good.

worst service, unfriendly, unhelpful. Inspite of having room availble at ground floor they didnt provided that room on requesting, as I was travelling with a specially abled family member. My mother who walks with a crutches had to walk up the stairs to access the room. really had very difficult time during our stay. not a friendly hotel I suggest not to book this hotel if you are travelling with family.

Luxury cottages are not good. The room is too small. The service was fine. Coming to food, breakfast was good, lunch n dinner was not so good. It was fine for 2 days
