Starting with welcome drinks…they serve in paper tea cup…discription says see view but it is not. Booked royal suit but even basic amenities like tissue paperhad to ask, my went on my anniversary, so for small decor they asked 10k. In 3 nights stay 2 days TV was not functioning even after asking house keeping no one came to fix, on checking with them again, they were like sorry sir I will send the person now if you want. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! SCARY EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. This place happened to be our worst nightmare. the staff is rude, ill behaved and will blame you for their mistakes. Food service is extremely slow, nobody bothers to attend you in the restaurant and even serve you tea at the table. The first hotel I saw that charges an extra amount for room slippers.I wanted to meet the manager who denied to meet citing the reason that he lives 35 KM away from the hotel and cannot come.
