Before booking, please consider the following points:1. *Swimming Pool*: The hotel showcases swimming pool pictures, but access is restricted unless you argue with the staff.2. *Services*: Services are average. During my 2-day stay, they refused to change my towel on the second day, citing non-receipt of delivery, and also didn't provide coffee/tea sachets.3. *Receptionist Behavior*: The receptionist's attitude can be off-putting, making you feel like the hotel belongs to them.4. *Rooms and Loca ...more

stay was pathetic. dental kit, shaving kit not provided. not safe for families. no hot water available. ac not working. bathtub was dirty.
