This hotel is very good and clean and is also family and couple friendly. The staff here is very good and the food etc. is also good. My experience of staying here is very good every time. My wife and I feel quite comfortable here every time.

the room was okay and relatively clean. however, some basic amenities like the kettle and glasses were quite dirty, raising concerns about hygiene. the food was average, not bad. one major issue was with the service. i had a guaranteed early check-in and late check-out included in my booking, but when i requested a late checkout, the staff denied it and insisted i leave by 11 am. this was disappointing and not in line with the terms of my booking.

Neat, clean and peaceful space. Perfect for solo stays as well. Place is perfectly maintained. Service can be worked on. Overall it was Good.

AC not working, cockroach in the bathroom. Ordered 4 items for dinner, they gave incomplete order and wrong Daal. When asked to change Manager said you have ordered this only and refused to accept its mistake. The wrong item (Daal) I have returned unused and at the time of checkout he added the wrong item in final bill. Room hygiene, staff behaviour and pathetic food.

Place is nice, clean and in quite peaceful location. Sec 46 market is at walking distance from here. Had a pleasant and peaceful stay.

bedsheet were having stains. tv was placed but nothing was working. Rooms has bad odour smell. too much noise and disturbance from outside staff

experience was not that good as compared to the ratings given. rooms were not properly cleaned. cockroach were moving. one of the worst thing was their service - i had to call for 3 times to the reception to give me water bottles to the room. they were so unresponsive. further, they had booked many rooms for a company, so sometimes when i asked for a service, their reply was - team is in hall for the conference. food was good. breakfast was alao good. on the whole it was 3/5 at mad
