1) on the night of the 24th, while we were having dinner, worm were coming out of the tomatoes in the salad plate, "when we complained about it at reception, the response we got was that this happens even in big restaurants/hotels".
2) The AC was making a lot of noise, and even after complaining several times, no action was taken.
3) There was no hook in wardrobe to hang clothes. in the room no 405, Where we were shown room 202 and we had finalized that one before making the booking.

A bit expensive as per the service, hygiene and hospitality standards.
However, If you are a solo/female traveller or new to the city then it can be a decent choice since it is located in a safe locality, plenty of banks nearby. Connectivity is good too. Fooding options/outlets are nearby.
Don't expect much! Average/Okayish 2.5/5

Poor Management and they don’t offer you basic things. You have to call 9 no. Infinite times to get the towel, tissues and water. They only force you for clear the payment.
