Only looks good From outside but inside it's pathetic and get's worse when mouse and lizards are in the room.
Room was terrible , no handwash, jet spary broken, spider webs on the hangers.
Not at all recommend.

I booked this property and my experience was horrible there. Would recommend removing that property with immediate effect. Dirty doormat with sand all over.Broken cupboard.Damp ceiling.Uneven floor.Front door with gaps with a poor lock.Damaged switch board.Dirty washroom with broken fittings.

the stay in sameer cottage, wooden house, was fantastic. people around for service were very nice . i would thank the lady in reception who arranged accommodations for one more day. also, very nice people in restaurants and testy foods. i liked those. the beach views were very neat and clean and amazing experience. thank you for all. i would love to visit again.

Don't book NON-AC.NON-AC rooms are in worst conditions, Not a single thing is good in that room, it is not completely sealed, open to bugs, there was huge gap in bathroom to bedroom door, a snake can easily come in your room and can enter in your bags, staff treatment is horrible, everytime they say to this is hut it is as it is, but their AC rooms are in OK conditions, they asked us to pay extra to switch rooms.There is no parking available, we had to pay 360₹ extra per day for parking.Overall ...more

Had a pleasant stay. Right at Palolem beach. The staff behavior is not decent. There will be minimal room service. You will disturbance in the afternoon because of birds on the roof. My room's bathroom jet had a leak. Does not meet the standard and keeping in mind how costly it is. We already knew the issues and constraints anyway. We booked on 27th n 28th Dec.

Overall, It's an value for Money experience. we didn't get the promised car parking as mentioned in Amenities section prior to booking. We enjoyed our stay in the sea facing cottage. There is definitely an scope of improvement in hospitality, Nevertheless we made our moments great.
