The pathetic hotel and service is very bad. Rooms and toilet were dirty and not maintained properly Not value for money

prices were too high as compared to facilities of Hotel. Bathroom was just ok not good. it was just average hotel but charges are like 3 Star

Room was horrible Bed had a large gap in between TV was not working No water supply was there in washrooms This all was enough to make my stay worse Highly disappointed The room was totally different as it was shown in photos Floor was not clean Single bed quilt was provided That too was torned

They have disconnect the electricity connection. The intercom got disconnected due to no electricity. They wont pick your calls. Geysers also not working. Your just stuck in your room with no electricity- sweating. Very pathetic hotel staff. Never stay here. Never.

Very nice hotel at good location. good connectivity. it's a heritage property, so things are old, but rooms are spacious, neat & clean. hotel staff is very cooperative & polite. location of the property.

Bad housekeeping, unprofessional staff,Dirty washrooms, not at all worthed for such high charges..and above that they are arguing even for giving 500ml water bottle. They provide two 500 ml water bottle for each person and after that they will charge you around 70rs for extra water bottle...guys what made u think that 1litre of water is enough in a day for a person and that too in such a hot weather....and 70rs for 500ml, nearly 100 rs for a cup of tea and that too s ...more
