Very bad maintenance of the rooms and you can see Cockroach suddenly. The wash basin in Room 234 where I stayed is leaking and the water is wasted a lot. Instead of 10% water use, we are using 1000% which is waste of natural resources.

it was having a very bad experience with the samrat hotel, because the ceiling lemps and cooling were not working properly, so i did not sleep last night.

Pathetic property with stained bedsheets and towels, only in room dining, walls with seepage. Complete waste of money. rooms are better for 1/10th of a price

the stay experience in the samrat hotel was horrible as the hotel room was not cleaned properly, the smoking smell was coming in the room and outside also in the pathway, matting was not done and many of them were torn also. the security guard doesn't know how to speak to the girls, they were very rude and many guests were there in the lobby where they did not even provide us a single bottle of water after asking them 4-5 times.
