staff are very rude,I asked for 3 plug pin to watch TV, they ignore it,I called them 3-4 times but they don't care,Toilet is worst,they put dirty door mats.

hotel is in very condition. I shared the pics also they decorate only reception area and lift section rest of hotel in very bad condition. There is a damp smell in the rooms. Water is dripping from the bathroom ceiling 24 hours a day. I check 2 more room but every room having different problems. that's why please don't go in this hotel. they didn't give any service like room cleaning I have stay 2 day they didn't clean my room even didn't came for room service. one more thing, They told me that ...more

depending on tariff of hotel room as per surrounding and location it's ok..but facilities are horrible. 2.5 Star is sufficient for this hotel.wall pe sticker wallpaper laga ke hotel new nahi banta...bathroom is in worst condition...cupboard is stinky...lot more to improve.

Horrible service . One water bottle they took one hour . At time they refused to serve lunch as they were preparing for some party . I had booked for complementary breakfast . First day they served only poori sabzi no other option second day they refused to give breakfast as there entire staff was fighting at reception . After so many argument they gave bread omelette Service turnout time
