Pathetic Bathrooms with no proper water supply and unwashed towels . When contacted staff they said it’s like that only !!! No room was changed after being reported

The reception was not ready to accept us as they did not recieve confirmation.The room didnot have basic amenities like bath towels. Room furnitures was damaged and room was definitely not worth the price.

hotel people are not providing Telugu channel and that we are asking for reception means they are saying need to pay for Telugu channel are to complaint to management for the same people off the reception people are sayingdear samrat managementplease look into this
