It was overall an average stay. All the facilities were also average. The room was OK not much satisfied with it. Not that bad experience.

It was a good stay, but the entrance was very bad, not satisfied with that at all. They don't have convenient parking. Apart from all this, they have very good food. Good staff. I would not recommend this property to others.

Let me say amenities and overall average Location is not good. I had a horrific experience there i landed trivandrum by 2 am and reach kovalam by 2 30 am. I tried to call hotel 20 to 30 times in 1 hour. They didn't pick up phone even i tried their mobile Minimum 20 to 30 missed calls My taxi driver left me on road as further road was not visible and these guys were not picking up phone.
