average room facilities, amenities mentioned here are not available...just a small soap available in the washroom. need to ask them.to get 2nd towel also.. power went off for 10.min called reception and no one picked call.

There was no Room service . If we want hot water , you have to go down to restaurant and take . Also no restaurant service is available to room . We may have to come and have food from restaurant
Room Service is not there . Lots of disturbance from outsides during night which made sleeping difficult .Rooms are not sound proof.

We had a nice stay at this hotel for 3 days. It was comfortable and all the facilities like TV, hot water etc was available all the time. This hotel has a good restaurant and a bakery. Food was tasty and staff were really helpful and polite. Room service was prompt and good. Parking was provided as promised. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. Recommended for families and fellow travellers for a safe and comfortable stay at Marayoor.

Bad hotel. It is a lodge. It is far from munnar around 43km.bad food and no room service. It is ***** lodge per day but hotel colleted ***** per day. ****** refund my money plz.
