my stay was good , hotel was clean, they don’t have restaurant otherwise it was good . one day water went off and they took half an hour and 3 phone calls to resolve the issue .

this time it was good stay compared to my previous stay when i faced some issues with low cleanliness of the room. but this time they ensured to properly clean the room before i checked-in. staff at the hotel is very supportive and cordial. service and response was quick.

Housekeeping service in this property is below average and it's degrading day by day. I have stayed there multiple times but on recent 2 stays I found multiple issues-
1-uncleaned room, bedsheets and kettle
2- uncleaned bathroom
3- No dusting done for a long time.
4- Spiderwebs in room
on top of that, housekeeping staff is really forgetful. they take their own time to respond and don't understand the need of cleanliness.
This is a good property but rooms are not well maintained due to substandard housekeeping services. Hope management takes care of it before it's too late.
