rude staff. half the time there is no one at the reception. they refuse to provide GST invoice for my stay. common sense is a rarity there. staff is brain dead

The owner and servants of Sandhya Hotel Samastipur, the staff there behave very poorly with the people who book and also provide such rooms that rats disturb them at night. They keep their fridge and other things at the gate of the room itself. If we say overall then the name is big and the philosophy is small. My personal experience is that never stay at Sandhya Hotel Samastipur with your family.

Every thing is good of this property staff behaviour, food quality, location services....
