Great experience from Sangto, amazing hospitality from owner. Rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommended if you're traveling to Leh.

I was given entry side room even though moutain view homes were available. Washroom is basic. No jet only. No proper ventilation at room. Food was charged per lunch 400(rice, dal, bindi and roti). Overall experience inside room is pathetic. Outside there is good view.

Property is awesome. Courteous staff and especially Sumita ma'am very cooperative. She goes out of the way to help you. latest spent four nights there, very good experience. Thanks for making our journey full of sweet memories.

Services are very very poor. They have only one guy (Rahul) who do every work (food preparation, room cleaning, gardening, receptionist etc). They do not have any waiter and any reception number. You have to go out always to call for any service. They provided used slipper (used and throw) to their guest. I am regular travelling guy but have not seed this type of bad experience ever.

No Tv. No Room Service except tea n coffee. No food menu. only 1 worker is there who us very rude and arrogant. The lady owner is very nice and polite she's a great human being.i recommend to change the worker

Not Proper response from hotel staff. poor quality of food. they even denied to serve tea in room. nobody will entertain you after check-in. feel like we r in hostel not in a hotel. they don't serve you anything in your room, you have to visit in a Coman room for food and even for a cup of tea.
