The hotel is good looking in photos only, the toilet was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly for ages, one can see visible stains all over the place, the jet was broken and due to that water was all over the bathroom floor which was very risky. I only got towels and that's all, they had a plastic mat in the bathroom which was so dirty that one cannot step on it and last but not the least, you can see small cockroaches all over the place, we didn't even unpack our suitcases because of tha ...more

Very Bad experience.Room Service is badBathroom is stinkingNo toiletries were provided. Had to literally ask for the same. Only soap was provided as the rest of the toiletries were out of stock.Asked for separate tea at check-in as it was in the menu. Water and milk are provided without teabags. Had to make them understand that tea bags are also to be provided to make tea.
