Room size is decent, good a/c and value for money. Not so good are: less cation is far off from Kamakshi Temple but very close to Varadaraja Swami temple.
Mosquito problem, bathrooms should have mosquito meshes. Some windows have gaps which allows mosquitoes.
No breakfast or coffee machine.
Getting auto early in the morning can be an issue.
