good location,just 50mtr walkto the beach and 200mtr walk to light house

I am staying here from. 02/04/2025 , till. date.
I was about to check out today around 11 am, 7/4/2025.
But I checked in again, the same room. same place, but suddenly the rate has gone up by around Rs 72/
How come, May I know.
