staffs are sweet talker, but that can't justify that their is no service fascilities at all,
they told they would give heater but they didn't!
they just once gave hot water to drink, after that they didn't, means in 48 hrs just once they gave hot water!
location is good just that!

Location is good.I chose this hotel because of this reason only.But rooms are small and instead of mattress they are using 3-4 layered hard sponge due to which I could not sleep whole night and had a body ache next morning..I paid 3300 without any meals .I expected a better stay.

Location was excellent. No geyser. Hot water is provided centrally in day time only. You will get your stay related services at least after 10 times knocking the hotel stuffs. Only two stuffs were there during our stay.

It was a great experience staying here. Staff name Aijaz bhai is most courteous and kind.. He will help u with almost anything u want. Apart from him other guys are not so kind and polite to talk to. Apart from that everything was great.

The location of the hotel is the best thing. The view from the room and river flowing at the back of the hotel was spectacular. The rooms were ok but washroom were below average. Food was freshly prepared.
Jaan bhai, the owner of the hotel was very helpful and polite.
Book this hotel if you want to enjoy real beauty of pahalgam. Come with your friends and family if you want to enjoy by the riverside

No one at reception while check in. No basic facilities like towel and hot water were provided. Pahlagam is at 0 degree and No hot water from check in. No power supply and No back up. Terrible stay. forget basic morning tea and coffee.
