servicing was not good at all. They just handed over the keys. Rooms and hygiene was just okok.

Asked for hot water in winter for drinking.. they said kitchen not opened.. I paid price for 2 star hotel..

Firstly they gave us a room in which the condition of bed wasn't good, very noisy and of poor quality of bedding...... Later on complaining the very next day they have changed the room. Room was cleaned and spacious, hotel is in the best location where one can easily get any mode of transportation.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were poor. Location was nice. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
