Among the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. Please see the photo's I have uploaded. In fact i should be refunded 50% of the cost.Look at the state of the room?No cupboardBathroom light needed to be fixed after i mentioned itCable TV was just for show. No channels to watch. It is a farce .Just a few hangars for your clothesShower was so old and pathetic.

hotel location is near yerwada metro station. one can easily get caba from here. airport is 15 minutes drive from the hotel

stay was very very average ..no towels provided ...not maintained properly, also I have a strong gut feeling that the helper staff while carrying my luggage down from lift while checking out the lodge ....he flicked my 120W mobile charger costing 2200/- and my realme earlier buds T3300 costing 2500/-. I realised the same when I was 100km away from Pune and there was no chance to go back to Hotel Sargam to fight with the management about this behaviour of helping staff. if I had time I would have ...more

pathetic experience. Corridors smells with cigarettes smoke in the air. Not advised for a family.

when I reached at hotal they changed my room in another hotal, after one day they changed hotal again ,after 3 days they changed hotal again and Last day they provide me room' in hotel sargam food was average service average over all it was bad experience

I have given 5star for Reception guys and room cleaning boy who did present at that time, when we entered in hotel. those guy were helping us.

the experience was good but they should provide breakfast, water bottle and the plates in the room should be cleaned ...the rooms should be cleaned on daily basis

Hotel had cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Requested for room change and cockroaches in other room as well.
