My favourite hotel, used to visit thrice a year to ooty , there is no other hotel will give great all around experience.. Manager Kalim, especially.. I will recommend all sort of travellers to this property

It was 2010 when i started stay in Sarkar palace, hotel rooms were clean, staffs are cool and cooperative. 15 years use to visit thrice a year and I cannot able to get any of this kind there. Heart of the city, lovely staffs , especially Mr. Kalim, so cooperative.i will recommend this property for everyone....

Hotel is good and its very near to Rose garden and Botanical guarden its in middle pf the city but cafeteria is not good for us in this cafeteria only kerala style food is available before coming here think twice if u are not keralian

I would like to thank Goibibo for providing us with the excellent choice of stay @ Hotel Sarkar Palace Ooty….we r a family of 4 including kids, stay was with a premium room having 2 seperate bedrooms…giving us comfortable stay with ample space..,Hotel was located at Central Ooty n easily accessible with ample parking space… food is also great in the attached Kerala restaurant with both veg n non veg options, staff were very helpful for everything….overall we enjoyed the stay at Hotel Sarkar Palace and definitely this is going to be our next booking as well via Goibibo....

Horrible service..may need to ask hotel staff to switch on gyser for hot water in bathroom in schedule timing 7am to 9:30am and 7:30pm to 10pm.room service for basic things like drinking water is provided after repeated reminder..room booked have fake window as it is sealed from outside.. no ventilation and no outside light.. during power cut even in daytime, the room became completely dark.. nothing is mentioned about this pathetic room type else would not have booked.. this category of room wa ...more

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms were not neat and clean. Poor maintenance and pathetic service. I will not recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel was not very clean a bit old with some weird smell of oils.
