There is no refrigerator in room. I have stayed here few times in last 6 months. Still have to listen that we have ordered refrigerators and they are coming soon. As if they are coming from some other planet. Called few times for cold water in this summer but very poor service. I didn’t get cold water whole night. They don’t even pick calls at all. I had to drink room temperature water which kept in ugly bottles. Called multiple times for bisleri bottles but didn’t get whole night. I have to give review bcz I had to face same issue few times in last 6 months as well.
