The worst experience at this hotel stay.Remote not workingTV not workingWait period for checkin was too high.The staff was checking if payment was made or not. After a long time they were able to confirm payment was already done.The staff was rude including the hotel manager.Pathetic experience may be they have recruited the wrong staff.

I’d like to mention how pathetic this hotel is in terms of guest handling. I made a reservation for my friend who was travelling while she couldn’t make it, she requested the hotel to allow her friend and husband to stay. I made this reservation who were extremely helpful and understood the situation but the hotel, the manager, Mr just didn’t understand or show courtesy towards the guest request. Food is excellent, amenities are excellent,
service at Reception is very poor
very rude behavior by Mr Allen. telling you come behind the reception desk and do the job.
my family had booked total 7 rooms from 14 to 18 jan.
reception person not cooperative, very rude, will not book in this hotel due to such behavior, owner shetty sir. kindly note.
poor experience at reception counter, very unfriendly person Mr Allen at counter reception. Trying to handling everyone at same time, unable to satisfy any one. Taking lot of time.

Food is good, At reception Mr Allen was very rude. Not handling customer properly. will not book here again because of his poor behavior.

The experience of staying at this hotel is really pathetic. I will definitely not recommend any one who wants to stay in Thane to stay in this hotel (SATKAR RESIDENCY). The front desk staff is not at all cooperative. They actually don't know what hospitality. who's on the front desk is absolutely ill- mannered and has rude behaviour with guests.
