It was a good stay with value for money, owner was really helpful.

Hotel staff was bad , room was ok , there was no parking space for parking , u have to park your vechicle at your own , we parked our vechicle at hotel front , hotel staff called the police and complained against us and said that some unknow parked their vechicle in front of our property , police fined us 700rs sad .

Good place to stay, great location as both the beaches- Calangute and Baga are just at a walkable distance from here. You get lots of bikes and cars for rental nearby. The restaurant of the hotel is good. You get McDonald's, Pizza hut, Domino's all at walkable distance.
The Hotel staff is very good. they are trustworthy and guided us a lot.
Best point is the location of the Hotel.
The rooms are Air conditioned- Hitachi AC. They have hair dryers, water geyser, locker, mini fridge etc.

Stay was pathetic as we stayed two nights there and everyday when we came back at night we found lots of small ants on the bed and when we request to changed the bed sheet they replied staff is not present we would provide you the bed sheet you may change okay as if it enough while using washroom i found empty tap mean there was no water also there was lizard in the room , pool was very dirty etc etc in short we would not recommend anyone to stay there atleast.

Good newly constructed budget hotel, located centrally near Calangute beach. Nice spacious, well ventilated clean rooms and bathroom. One can spare time on terrace and enjoy sun bath after Swimming. Staffs were cortious including the lady owner who will love to answer all ur queries.
