Pathetic Hotel. Full of Mosquitos. Rate pai per night paid by us. But let me tell you that it's a very very old property not clean at all. It's like a Phaharganj cheap Hotel. Brand Image is very poor. Just location is good doesn't mean all is good. At 11:30 pm at night, we are facing so much trouble in Drainage issue in Bathroom. We thought it as a 5* property but it's not really comparable to 2*We need to change this property at night as we can't stay and need full refund.

the saty was comfortable. only one thing , I had booked MAP plan but could not avail dinner. the hotel could have provided me lunch instead the next day which was my check out day. These s accomodations could have been made. hotel is at good location and rooms are good. staff is well mannered.

The property is conveniently located near the metro station. Though I feel that it lacks regular maintenance in its rooms. Seepage was clearly visible in the walls, the mattress wasn't comfortable enough & the bathroom was too small with very limited amenities. Breakfast was average but the staff was very polite & supportive. I'll rate it "Average" with *** stars.
