    Overall it’s a good hotel with decent facilities. They have a nice & clean pool & the staff is also good. Food can be a bit better

    The place is large and clean, and the rooms are spacious. However, it lacks vibrancy, making it unsuitable for kids due to a lack of free activities. The pricing for games is excessively high, while staff members are friendly, tends to be slow. Additionally, the swimming pool bar is not operational .I was told my room was upgraded from premium to presidential but I didnt find helpful as it was far away from swimming pool . So lot of room for improvement.

    Staff is not accommodating at all and the rooms are not worth the price. The location is very remote and there is nothing around, the whole resort seems dusty and not clean.

    Very neat n clean rooms n overall nice property for stay.. Good Service n well behaved staff. Food at the restaurant is also good. Breakfast was very nice.

    Its a must visit. Even the premium rooms gave such a luxury vibe. The cost of the room justifies the amenities as the bathroom was huge and the bathtub was beyond expectation. The food is great too.

    Awesome place to stay. Fantastic food. Good service. Special mention to sayali Jagtap (ROOM SERVICE), Dinesh (restaurant executive), avatar (Chef) for their extravagant service towards us. Tandoori pomfret to much tasty. Also Dal khichdi tadka was good. would prefer to stay in Saya club and Spa Resort in future too😀
