Very disappointed with Goibibo and the hotel experience.
Despite the polite and humble behavior of the staff, the overall stay was unsatisfactory. The hotel was listed as a GoStay property but was located in a very narrow and inconvenient lane. The room size did not match the description—though I had booked a Super Deluxe room listed as 220 sq. ft., the actual room was much smaller. Upon raising the issue, the staff did change the room, but even the second room was below expectations.

Room was neat and Clean food was very costly and they charged additional 10% service charges on food they did not give any system generated bill.

Very comfortable bed and sofa, and food are also tasty, I like the room very much, near railway station Street inside but it's value your money, and staff are also well mannered, thanks for providing great service to my family 😊
