There are no Geyser
No Genset or UPS. As power cut, spent a night without fan, without light.
Lots of mosquitos. Liquid repellent and sticks has no effect.
Complimentary breakfast is eyewash. They offer only one egg and one juice. Or one Paratha and a tea. Just not sufficient at all. They charge hefty for bread slice.
Fan full speed is at regular spped level 1 at our homes. This is due to poor quality of electricity.
Every day, we got to remind them, there are no water in bath room.

Staff was good. Property was just near by the beach. Food facility was available there. I faced one problem there, in the morning AC was not working.

Room service was poor. Bathrooms were not clean. Lots of mosquitoes, so get mosquito repellent with you. No options for Breakfast and Meal, means you have to eat whatever they serve.

Really good location.food is excellent..owners are very cooperative and helpful.my goa trip in not complete without staying here atleast for a night.

Cast Away beach life. If one need to enjoy the beach life with less amenities but full of natural beauty.

Beautiful place to stay .Amazing beach facing view .Appreciate the hospitality and the service received .Mouth watering food served .Even the complimentary breakfast received was great .Made our trip wonderful .Thank you so much :) :)
