Is ok. Services definitely needs improvement. The staff needs to upgrade their skills. The rooms can surely do with improved maintenance. Cleanliness needs severe improvement

The stay was okay. Breakfast was included jn the booking but I had to leave early by 7:30 am in the morning due to urgent work and they said the breakfast is served by 8 am so i asked them if they could provide it half an hour before but they didn't. I mean i only asked for anything basic like a packed sandwich, tea or fruits, whatever was available and possible but they did not put any effort whereas other hotels make the breakfast available even before a night before.

Booked a delux room. Room was neat and clean. Overall ok. Reached at 12 am in the midnight. Had already informed them about the same. Gate was closed. But I called and they opened the gate. Checkin took 5 minutes. AC was a little slow in cooling, had to use AC and fan simultaneously. TV was present but did not use. So overall ok type. It has an inbuilt restaurant but as I had reached late at night I ordered online food.
I reached late at night. Was able to checkin swiftly.
