Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. The security staff at the entrance door was so welcoming. Ms Mayuri assisted us till the room and explained everything in detail about the room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in. Ms Chaitali and Mr Anup took great care at the Amaya, rooftop bar area and Mr Kundan and Mr Kaushal at the Salt and Pepper which is their restaurant. Mr ...more

While location was good, room allocated to us was od very poor quality. Despite booking well in advance, we were allocated a room in a corner of the hotel. Look like room was somehow created on a irregular space. It was long with no width. Bed was somehow fitted forcefully by reducing the bed size .. won't recommend anyone

Hotel is ok ok... a but don't book they are over charging for hotels. Better to book from directly hotel And bthere is much better property like welcome by ITC is good.

This is a normal property for the rates that they are charging. Standard Rooms are very small and have no view at all. The hospitality is also not warm. We asked for a late checkout at 12 as flight was at 2.30. The front desk manager immediately refused to give a late checkout saying that the hotel was fully booked. However we immediately checked and the bookings were fully available for the same category of rooms we we staying in. We suggest to look for hospitable and better hotels around.

Safe drinking water Not Available. Food quality Poor. Above all. If for any emergency you have to postpone your visit. (Neither will they return NOR WILL THEY ADJUST). No consideration for the visitors. I found people Complaining about their forfeited money rupees. But the hotel staff refused to return even 1% of the amount (deposited for advance booking). No consideration for the Customers, their Likes or Dislikes/opinions. Hotel Staff flatly refused to listen, saying IT'S THEIR HONOR 's Instruction. This rudeness is not appreciable.

Actually stay is good .. For dinner lounge is excellent .. complimentary breakfast is good .. on request provided the omelet and onion dosa .. but for one day it costs 10k ... as a tourist I feel its expensive

Pathetic experience and highly NOT RECOMMENDED. No hot water in bathroom, flying cockroaches , no WI-FI in room and really an aweful view of sea in sea facing room. Quite over valued for 13k per night. Only thing they were good at was apologies.

top class service by sea shell Port Blair.. nice food prime location...exact at the sea...highly recommend
