It is a little pricey considering no amenities apart from the stay. We booked 3 rooms and hence they gave a apartment type within the villa. The hall was too small to accommodate 3 families, not even 2 families can sit together. If you are staying with strangers in other rooms, it becomes really inconvenient. There are no shops nearby, the hotel that has a tie up with the homestay does not deliver food until 10 AM, that too only if the delivery boy is available, else they ask you to come and col ...more

Beach is nearby. But, all other are negative, it's not clean and no facilities. It's not for value for money i feel

Cheaper option in a good location, very close walking distance to the beach. We had some minor bug issues but the manager - an extremely amicable man who didn’t speak much English but communicated well no verbally (gestures and facial expressions) - helped us out with everything and was great.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was awesome. There was no dining facility. There was free parking area as complimentary services.

suitable for family travellers. No balcony in the room. You have to walk 300 meters to reach the beach.

Neat and clean, walkable distance to Beach,nearby there is no restuarents,but swiggy delivering the food.

Beautiful place to stay, accessible to beach and bus stop, railway station,
well maintained ambiance. worthy to pay.
i felt like my own home, comfortable mattress.
home stay owner is very friendly and helpful by giving road maps to tourist spots and detail about food delivery.

This homestay's details are incorrect. Firstly, this is NOT BEACH FACING ... location provided by Google Maps. It's atleast 500 meters away from Payyambalam beach. Since the owner doesn't understand any language apart from Malayalam, it took us more than 30 mins to locate this place. Secondly, the amenities mentioned like TV, etc. were ABSENT. The host mentioned that he's PLANNING to BUY THEM SOON.
The host DID NOT even provide basic items like bedsheets, towels or toiletries.
