No hot water apart from mornings. No wifi facility, which is a basic expectation.

pros :
staff are very cooperative and welcoming , check in / checkout is super easy and fast , it hardly took 2 mins each , room is actually big ,clean with good ambience . because of location there is no outside noise or pollution , they have bar inside the hotel only and also room service is there.
cons :
- network is poor / no wifi is there.
- tv has no connection for dish or internet hence useless.
- hot water facility not there in room, very tough in winter to bath in morning.
- there is no lift.

The stay was okay. The staff was courteous. There are a lot of network issues. As a result, mobile phones were not working a d there is no wifi in the hotel. The cleanliness was okay. The hot water supply was only in the morning time in the winter season.

overall its okay okay hotel
Excellent property and very convenient Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
and there are always ups and downs
Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

This hotel is worst to stay no one like this hotel for stay. Reception Language is very bad. Rooms conditions are very very poor. so many cockroaches in the room when at evening I opened the door. NO Hot water for day time said only in morning. No AC rooms for deluxe booking. Tap and plunbing conditions are worst.
