rooms were neat and clean however this property is very old and need more maintenance. also need to focus on the damages parts into the room i.e. balcony door handle, water faucet into the bathroom, set top box and television etc.

stay was not up to the mark for me, water in water park was also not clean, very few options in water park Disappointing Experience at Sentosa Water Park.

My Sentosa resort stay was highly satisfactory. The amenities were well-maintained, the cuisine authentic, and the service efficient. The water park provided excellent children's entertainment with diverse slide options; however, the wave pool lacked music due to a reported technical malfunction. Rooms not good & person not came for cleaning as well as food options not giving properly as well as whatever we asked regarding menu said not available even other person ordered that time given them. this was very bad experience. showing indoor games are available but when we asked that time said that indoor games not available. very bad experience with Sentosa resort & Water park.

AC is central and doesnt work. I have been addressing this since 10 pm until now.
Also they have asked us to check put at 8 pm frpm the room as they have a wedding booking
