We had a very impressive stay at Hotel Serene Palace. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and the staff behavior was excellent throughout our visit.
We used their complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service, which was smooth and perfectly on time. We also booked local transport through their cab service — the drivers were punctual and courteous.
The hotel staff went a step further by helping us book tickets for the Cellular Jail Light and Sound Show, making our trip even more convenient.
Highly recommended for a hassle-free and well-organized stay in Port Blair!

excellent rooms and restaurant at very reasonable prices.... value for money .... professional and cooperative staff.... best if you visit without a package.... they provided free and timely pick up and drop upto airport..... when asked to book scooty and tickets they provided assistance

My stay at Hotel Serene Palace was truly enjoyable. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
