beautiful property by location and view. there are lot more chance to improvement in terms of room cleaning, control pest for insects. complementary breakfast is good but very less options. staff are friendly.

If you're planning to stay in panajim then why not at serene waters homestay... it's a beautiful beautiful location and lovely staff..very cozy and welcoming aura surrounds it..

Accommodation facility - 3.5* you can't expect as 2 star hotels. Staff - 3* there are no staff only one person help you on your basic needs. Location - 4 ( located beside river) but difficult to find the home stay gate to enter. Nature- 4.5* Lush greenery not traffic noise. Peacefully you can spend your time.
