okayish hotel to stay in Navi Mumbai. Room was not maintained well and odour toilet was evolving inside the room itself

i have stayed in this hotel for 3 days. the hotel is rated 3 star.
however my expirience is very bad.
first of all the location is very filthy and congested.
i have to change the rooms 3 times due to geyser not working, ac very poor condition and toilets seat covers broken.
it took them 1 hr to give me the soap. one time they asked me to pay for it.
cleanliness is very poor. linen supplied looks it was not washed and not changed for years.
overall conditions are very very poor.
its my expirience.

Not clean and all furniture are old and broken.
Buy near to belapur station good for b p marine student.
Stuff are good..
Request to owner he must visit and check the rooms and repair

not worth a stay , the hotel is not maintained at all. there are other hotels which are well maintained nearby. complimentary breakfast not served even though it was included at time of booking.request not to suggest/ book such hotels and lose its credibility . the attached picture is of executive double bed room .I don't know what will be the condition of other Rooms.

Rooms are good spacious but not maintained
floors are very dirty
bath rooms are good but not maintained water pressure is very less
simple room with no interior and completly nil service and Amenitie
bedsheed and blankets are nit upto the mark bed having bed bugs.
House keeping are very limited you have to ask manytimes and no room service
no phone in the room, no setupbox for the tv no mineral water
very old non naintained building and having old lift service but not maintained
Finally it is not worth for the money which they are presenting
very bad experience

The room is not cleaned and the staff there as to be polite with the customers and they the tv has not recharged and the wifi is not working and staff will not respond to customers

i wanted tot extend the room for second day so i did a booking and they denied telling no rooms free but they came to my room asking wether i wanted to book offline and rooms are available. They denied online booking. very bad attitude
