I had a fantastic stay at sevan okas. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

check-in was smooth. before check-in, i had asked the manager and hoped the room was cleaned and set properly. he noded, "Yes".. but that was not the case.
1. The floor tiles were damaged , and when I informed the manager, he said he wasn't aware. which was tough to digest.
2. lift is missing kn this property, which is one of the basic amenities now a days at any hotel.
3. TV was not functioning well, and staff was unaware of how to resolve it despite that i told that it has a recharge issue and it got resolved by replacing the set top box but took time to resolve the issue.
