The property looks good and all. But not at all well maintained - from smelly fungal moulds over the sheets, beds and cots to non- working water heater and non-working telephones. It seemed as if the room wasn't used for more than a month. Moreover No kettle, no coffee/tea sachets, no dental kit, toiletries, no water bottles etc... Also no breakfast, no 24x7 room service. Took 1 hour to get 2 cups of warmish cold coffees (ordered hot coffees though). All this after booking a deluxe room. Their r ...more
