Property is Old and not maintained Even only hot water is coming in tab No wifi solutions provided by Property even in hotels food was good and 3 star is only for food

Quick checkin hassle free no extra charges on upgrading rooms . They just upgrade my room to premium suite without any extra charges . Good experience 🙏🏻 Privacy and hassle free environment

very bad experience, staff behavior is very rude. front desk officer talking un-sensable, unprofessional. room are very small. location is too far from main city. difficult to find . rooms are smelly. room phone is not working even they don't have phone set. I feel it's not safe for female travelers also. Difficult to get public transport, very far from main city . after full day work, I want some relax but staff is very rude. i had call to them 10 time for every single thing. very poor experience. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was good experience to visit varanasi and stay at SGT Hotel Varanasi. Although Omicron effect was decreasing some time may take to things go on full swing.
